Shipping Time (After Processing):

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (timing may vary by location)

Shipping Carrier:

We primarily ship through UPS, USPS, or DHL depending on location and shipping speed.

Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Delays:

BLIYS is not responsible for carrier-related delays, customs holds, or incorrect address submissions. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.

Damaged or Lost Products:

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us via email at Diamondwilliams@bliysco.onmicrosoft.com as soon as possible. We will promptly submit a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Once the claim has been reviewed and resolved by the carrier, we will do our best to address your concerns and take the appropriate steps to accommodate you — whether that means a replacement, store credit, or another solution.
